Words to describe your teaching style: Powerful, passionate and perky!

When and where was your first yoga class?: Cindy Doucette, Northshore yoga in 2005. It was an ashtanga class and I went along with my good friend, Ginny Wells. I was first drawn to the physical practice (and still am), and quickly shifted to find a mind/body connection that keeps me coming back to the mat.

What inspires you: Seeing students discover their own inner teacher.

What do you do for fun: yoga! mahjongg, travel

Carol Mark, E-RYT, has been practicing yoga for several years and received her 200 hour certification from Blue Sun Yoga in 2008 with Wendy Dahl. She is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow Instructor and has attended Level 1 and 2 trainings with Baron Baptiste. This year, she has completed Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Trainings with Deborah Williamson, Phillip Urso and Stacey Dockins and completed the Art of Assisting workshop with Gregor Singleton and Paige Elenson.
