Caroline Tesar, RYT

Hometown: Lake Bluff, IL

I am grateful for: My family, my friends, my health, and the great outdoors

3 words that describe you: Generous, loyal, fun

Favorite yoga pose and why: Tree! It grounds me and creates a connection with earth. I also think it is fun to play around in this posture and really make it your own.

Things I can’t live without: Canoe tripping, my family, making up words, and salads from the bakery in Lake Bluff

Words to describe your teaching style: Grounding and passionate (and new!)

When and where was your first yoga class: The first yoga class I took was at the Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center when I was in grade school. I really got hooked on yoga when I was practicing Bikram yoga in Chile. Now I’m hooked on Forever Om!

What inspires you: Love and compassion among people.

What do you do for fun: Cook, run, yoga, hang with my family and friends, anything active

Favorite place: Lake Temagami, the Great Whale River, and the Keewaydin Environmental Education Center

I am a 200 hour RYT and recently began teaching at Forever Om. I plan on attending the Baptiste Level 1 training in April 2012. I am so inspired by the community at Forever Om and so happy to be a part of it!
