Here’s what we’ve found for people who have trouble signing in:

Have you forgotten your password?

Do you have more than one person under 1 email address?

Have created a second account which doesn’t include your payment/membership information?

Here are some ways to solve those issues:

We no longer use the Mindbody app.  Install the Forever Om Yoga app from the iTunes store.  If the app doesn’t seem to be working – uninstall it and reinstall (it may have needed an update).

OR

At the login screen you can ask for new password (you will be prompted).

OR

You can create a new sign in for each family member using separate email addresses.

OR

You can ask our manager to “merge” your two accounts.  This should be done via email: managerfoy@gmail.com

We can help you with your account in person.  Pick a time when the front desk is not too busy – come early to class or stay after.   Since classes are filling up it is best to have your account up and working at all times.
